Research Part 4
Popular Peace...time to dissect this name and start some sketches and mock ups. WARNING Gibberish will follow the end of this sentence.

War is peace. Human If war is killing. Peace is making love. Making love is popular, popular as killing in countries that people are unfamiliar of but support it because of media and propaganda, not much propaganda for love apart form valentines day, maybe thats because peace isn't as profitable as war. I think thats not the definition of it but who cares its a matter of perspective right? Happiness. I think I am onto something now. What is the one thing people want out of their life? Happiness what is peace really when it comes down too it. Happiness War isn't happy, unless you are crazy I guess. But death is necessary. Even in death people are remembered and live on in memories. So even death has specs of happiness. Thats how some people deal with death. Happiness. What images are associated with it. I should google later. What about. You may not have an original idea in the world because you could be subconsciously be taking it from somewhere else. Copying without even knowing it. Now how to incorporate happiness into something with synapses. I need a piss. Why does something have to have a deep meaning to work. Why can't it just be a truth. Truth can't be manipulated that well. Or can it? I'm not that bright or experienced enough as I said before. Acceptance that we are complex, acceptance of truth, that we will always disagree; verbally and then even physically. Also happiness is perspective. Holy shit what symbolizes perspective? Thats right fucking glasses, telescope. Telescopes are also symbolic of the search for answers and truth as microscopes or is it more related to the word of study? Words are words images are images. I will create these mockups. This is the end I have reached it for now. It is the beginning not the end its one and the same. Starting line is the same as the finishing line. Actually this isn't enough gibberish to isolate the nuggets of genius. I should write for another hour at least. I have to 4am till I start a design. Ok the words and ideas are: truth, acceptance, happiness, ouroboros, difference and acceptance ties all these together into a knot. Hmm actually telescopes distort, no wait, thats the types of glass or perspex; concave and convex. War and peace - ouroboros - acceptance - truth - telescopes - windows - perspective. Perspective and acceptance are the words too illustrate. So either have an optical illusion in/as the logo and something that shows the search for what people want and need. This may work as it symbolizes what the organisation is. Research into what these wartorn countries need. A private eye icon or some sort of optical illusion or both. Finally getting somewhere. Need to illustrate this paragraph here so I look at reference pictures to help me technically design the logo. LOOK HERE ROBBIE. People are separated by languages. A book indicates research and differences of opinion Its a popular object and still Iconic. Even if print dies book icons will still be used on websites and in other digital outlets. Im starting to fade mentally. Actually I'm not its just the weakness leaving my body lol. We all drink water. Water is life. Peace is a blank slate. It is a starting point. Starting points are different. People start at different reading levels. How do we know where to start? LOOK HERE TOO. We look we observe. Now what do we associate with observation and research again? Glasses, telescopes, eyes. Eyes - perspective - eyes are the window to the soul. The soul knows what it needs for happiness. Now in the case of war torn countries it will change. Fuck no shit sherlock you think? Hey Sherlock Holmes is a detective. I say dear Watson you might be onto something here. GET MY OPIUM. Not universal. But the idea of detective is...nearly...getting warm. Clues. BRB google. Clues. Clues point you in directions. Like arrows. Like that image I had before in the minor project. Is a question mark a globally recognizable symbol? I guess it is alright to use something like that as most people know what it is. Footsteps. No. Journey for clues and meaning of life. We all have dreamt of this, do not know the real truth, do we? we probably will not accept it? We do not know how to look for it or where to look for it and if someone does it won't mean anything because people will always think differently. The meaning fo life the meaning of peace the meaning of war the meaning of everything. Everything is interrelated and linked and cross stitched . Time. Science. Economics. LOOK HERE TOO. Everything. Do Everything. Or Anything It doesn't matter. Whatever the letter looks like in the font do an illustration or something of it (Do the other ideas too like telescopes and shit thats cool). THE MOST IMPORTANT PART I THINK. Right this is stage 1. This has been interesting I hope had fun reading this or not reading this. I am going t take a break now. Might actually start the designs in the morning or later this week after a break and other project work.

Research Part 3
Looking at the history of propaganda I have found out that the some fo the first people too use it successfully are the Nazi party in the 20th century. The term propaganda itself originates from 1622 with Pop Gregory XV "established the Sacred Congregation for Propagating the Faith"
Some of the methods in this link can be seen in some of Goebbels work. This might be a bit if a tangent but it I guess it shows how to manipulate people I guess, something designers, advertisers and propagandists have in common.

It seems I will need to use powerful words and other propaganda techniques in my branding. I must eb careful not to be as manipulative as it is unethical in certain contexts.

One of the fundamental things about logo design is focus on colour schemes. You should have 2-3 colours for an effective logo, although there are some successful brands with 4 colours in their logo's.
